How much water should I consume daily for proper hydration?
To stay healthy, I recommend to drink half of your body weight in ounces of quality filtered, chlorine-free water daily. E.g. if you weigh 200 lbs, you should consume 100 ounces of water daily. For those of you using the metric system, multiply your body weight in kg by 0.033 for liters/day water consumption. E.g. if you weigh 90 kg, you should consume around 3 litres of water daily.
