Workout your legs dudes

I feel too many people neglect their legs. Legs should be a fundamental workout in anyone's routine. Not to mention, squats release natural testosterone in the body. Honestly, what male doesn't need more of that and more leg muscle.
Most guys only work out what you can see. We call that the "Hollywood workout." That consists of chest and arms only. That just doesn't really make the cut.
If you really want to be stronger and healthier, legs are the key. Squats and Deadlifts are very important to your core and overall body strength. Plus, who wants to walk around on stilts when you take your pants off. The hard work should be evident. A total balanced body workout is very sexy on a man. Remember, dudes, stop neglecting your legs and get busy.
NOTE:
Leg exercises can be dangerous to your back if you don't have proper form. Work with a personal trainer to learn the proper form for any exercise before attempting yourself.
