I don't believe that getting into great shape or achieving the body you want has to be hard at all. No one has a reason to make it a difficult task.

Sure, there are different circumstances.

Sure, there are different goals.

Sure, everyone is at a different stage, and has a different distance to go.

There is a method, and there is a plan and there is a path for every circumstance, goal and road ahead. As long as the knowledge exists to achieve a task, it can be done.

However, the two important factors that are often missing and are the reason for so many failures, are MOTIVATION and DEDICATION. The motivation and dedication to put down the cookie, and to pick up a much less satisfying, healthier option. The motivation and dedication to keep going. To finish the last set, to go the last five minutes.

If a person can train themselves to reach this level of asceticism. To find the motivation within themselves then no goal is ever unreachable!
